About Us
Alliance was
formed in 2001 as a Kentucky Corporation
. Originally,
Alliance offered Residential First and Second Mortgage Loans
in the State of Kentucky, however we soon expanded into
Indiana and Florida.
In 2004
Alliance moved it's Base of Operations to Florida and soon
afterwards became a Florida Corporation.
In 2010
Alliance stopped offering Residential Loans and our sole
focus became Commercial Real Estate Loans. Today we can
assist both Small and Large Business with just about all of
their Commercial Real Estate Loan needs Nationwide.
We offer Loan
Programs for just about all Credit Grades and on most
Property Types with Loan Amounts from $250,000 up to $100
Million and more on a case by case basis.
